Information for Candidates
We seek candidates who are top performers in their field.
Our typical candidate profile is:
- BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited University
- 3 - 7 years of industry experience: Automotive, Agricultural Equipment, Consumer Appliances, Mechanical CAE, Aerospace, Defense
- US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status
- Willingness to consider relocation
- Willingness to consider entering a new industry
While the above represents a "typical" candidate, we frequently work with PhD-degreed engineers, as well as electrical engineers, technicians and others.
